James G. Reynolds, a highly-respected all-breed judge from Ottawa, has judged many breeds on seven previous assignments at the dog show world's most prestigious competition, as well as the Toy Group in 1996 and the Non-Sporting Group in 2002.
He will be the first foreign judge to select the ultimate winner at Westminster since W.L. McCandlish of England did the honors 76 years ago.
Mr. Reynolds heads a panel of 36 judges from 17 states, Canada and England.
